The Varsity Volleyball Team finished its strong season in second place, with a record of 16 wins and 10 losses. Compared to last season, the team was able to communicate better on the court and play its roles more effectively.

This year, the team earned six league awards—an impressive feat, as it’s a young team and this was its first year competing in the league. The First Team All-League awards went to Siddhi Sabnis (10th grade) and Riana Parish (10th grade). Nia Jacob (10th grade) and Vanessa Wang (10th grade) both earned Second Team All-League honors. Finally, the team received two Honorable Mentions: Zoey Zhang (10th grade) and Minerva Able (11th grade).

That’s not all! During Senior Night, three seniors from the team were honored for their four years of dedication. They started out as a freshman-only team, competing against other schools’ varsity teams, and went on to dominate the league. The team also appreciates Senior Manager Rachel Ngo, who played on the team for the past three years before becoming manager this season.
